BID 2018 is the follow-up symposium of the BID-Symposium 2017 (here link to the program of 2017) that took place at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, Germany, and which was a great success.
BID 2018 brings together experts from all over the world who work on layer-dependent imaging in humans using 7 Tesla MRI. BID 2018 covers different aspects of layer-dependent imaging, from acquisition protocols to analyses techniques (structural and functional) up to theoretical models and clinical applications of layer-dependent imaging at 7 Tesla.
We are excited that a number of high-profile, international speakers will join the symposium. There will be a poster session at the end of the symposium.
Keynote Speakers:
Jonathan Polimeni, Harvard Medical School, USA
Laurentius Huber, NIH, USA
Julio Acosta-Cabronero, UCL, UK
Poster session:
Attendence is possible with and without a poster. Researchers who have worked on layer-dependent imaging in the past are encouraged to present a poster.
Registration:
Participation will be free-of-charge. Registration is required because only limited places are available. Places are provided based on a first come, first serve basis. There will be a separate evaluation for poster registration. Please register here.
Support:
BID 2018 is funded by a Grant of the Center for Behavioral and Brain Sciences (CBBS) Magdeburg.
