dear colleagues,

Due to some new cases in Germany and following a detailed risk assessment we regret to finally inform you that we came to the conclusion that the Meeting has to be cancelled.

In the past few days, the number of Covid-19 infection cases in Germany has increased significantly. In the meantime, crisis teams have been set up at various levels. So far, it has been possible to isolate and treat infected persons in Germany and to provide close support to the persons in contact. It is now unclear, however, whether the chains of infection can be broken further. 

In view of current developments, it is our responsibility to take measures to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 infections, to ensure the well-being of all conference attendees and to minimize the risk of a discontinuation of business within our institute and the entire neuroscience site Magdeburg.
