International LIN Symposia

The LIN-Symposium is an international conference series that was initiated by group leaders of the Leibniz Institute for Neurobiology (LIN). Scientific chair of the symposium is Michael R. Kreutz.

The meeting covers several different aspects of synaptic functions and molecular mechanisms of neuronal plasticity. It attracts excellent speakers and has gained the reputation to be one of the best meetings in this area of research worldwide.

The meeting takes place in the pittoresque old Hanse town of Tangermünde. Attendance is limited to 130 participants, which ensures lively discussions in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
