Hans Kirschner is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Neuropsychology with Prof. Markus Ullsperger at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. His research investigates the neurocomputational foundations of adaptive behavior with a focus on decision-making and cognitive control. Using experimental methods, EEG, and computational modeling, he studies how the brain integrates information across different timescales to achieve a balance between stability and flexibility in uncertain and dynamic environments.
