The aim of our CBBS Graduate Program is to foster networking among students and postdocs within Magdeburg’s neuroscience community. We now have over 200 members!
The CBBS Graduate Program supports its members even before they arrive in Magdeburg, helps them overcome administrative hurdles, and offers guidance and career advice. To promote networking locally, the CBBS Graduate Program supports academic and non-academic events, as well as academic exchange within study groups. In the CBBS calendar, you will find all neuroscience events in Magdeburg as well as outstanding external events that are not to be missed. In addition, job vacancies and information on national and international vacancies are published on a separate page. This and further information is also provided in a newsletter.
Become a member (undergraduates and PhD students | postdocs) and don’t miss out on any news from the neuroscience community in Magdeburg!
We’ll help you develop your skills, because we know that a degree and a PhD aren’t just about experiments, data and writing. With us, you can get involved in study groups and attend exactly the lectures, seminars and workshops that will really help you progress. There’s a huge range to choose from.
On the Medical Campus and the main university campus, everything is within easy reach. The various departments, lecture theatres and even the library are all within walking distance. If you get hungry, there’s a large canteen right in the middle of it all.
A Master’s, PhD or MD program can be stressful, but the postdoc phase isn’t always easy either. We’re always here to listen to your problems, concerns and questions. And if we don’t know the answer? Then you can be sure we’ll find someone who does!
